📄 The most IMPORTANT part of your CV is your introduction - a recruiter will decide within the first few lines whether they are interested enough to continue reading and thus call you for an interview. Sell yourself, be confident and original - let your personalty shine through. First impressions count - even in word form
Employers want to know what you do, but they also want to get to know you!
📄 FACTS - Recruiters and employers love hard facts. How much did you increase your revenue by? What gross profit did you end on last year? How many new business contracts did you win... FACTS not fluff.
📄 Tailor your CV towards the job you want. If you don't know what you want to do, make different CVs with different tones - for instance for a recruitment role should read very different to a CV about a customer service role.
One size does not fit all.
