1️⃣ Don’t just meet expectations. Exceed them! This may sound obvious but raise that bar. Show your boss that you deserve that promotion because you work harder, smarter and more passionately than anyone else in your office 🙌🏼
2️⃣ Make sure you are getting regular performance reviews - if you’re not, ask for them. Listen to constructive criticism and make a plan.
3️⃣ Tell your boss what you want!!!! Make sure they are aware that you want your career to fly and you’re progression is at the forefront of their minds - as well ad yours!
