This week we wanted to bring our attention to internal and organic growth - what should you look out for before accepting that job offer?

Every recruiter will say there is progression opportunities within the company - but how can you know for sure?

Don’t accept that job offer before checking out these tips ⚠️

Go onto LinkedIn - check out the company page… then check out who works there and click on the employees specific profiles…

🤔 Does it highlight any internal growth?
🤔 Have they received a promotion?
🤔 Have they had a opportunity to try something new internally?
🤔 They have received any additional training which would open up doors to promotions?

If it looks like everyone stays for a year or two, without receiving a promotion and then they go onto a new company at a higher position?

ALARM 🚨 BELLS should be ringing!

Because the chances are, that’s going to happen to you!

Remember to ask to see specific examples of organic growth from the hiring manager before accepting your new position!
